
Kesteren is a large city positioned on the South-West of the map. Its main station is Kesteren, though it also has a freight depot.

Next to the freight depot stands a large factory which manufactures all sorts of support beams and pipes, some of which can be seen laying outside.
Railway services
The Nederlandsche Spoorwegen services a single passenger station at Kesteren. In addition, freight trains come and go from the local freight depot. On occasion a train will pick up construction materials and bring them to Ensdrecht to assist with the bridge's construction.

Description
General
A lot of farmers live in Kesteren, notable by a few cow farms on the town's edge and multiple large farmers buildings. The town's roadways also connect to farm buildings outside the town's borders. It has a cross-channel connection to Wezinge using one of the larger bridges in Streamlined.
History
Kesteren started out long ago. The earliest known building is the 9th century Villa Dorenburc, which would later become Doornenburg castle.
Trivia
- Along with Peperga, Kesteren is one of the only communities on the map with the same name as their real life counterparts.
- Doornenburg castle also shares the name with its real life counterpart.
- Kesteren used to have a pedestrian foot-bridge to cross the tracks, on which a cow lived.
