Historical details
The HSM 95001-95035 (NS CHM 25101-25135) were a very large type of 20 ton closed vans. In 1893 the first five were built on a chassis of old four axle stake wagons built in 1892 by the Hollandsche IJzeren Spoorweg-maatschappij (HSM). They were completely built using spare parts, and looked very similar to the 10 ton wagons but mashed together. After this another thirty were built brand new. These were heavier, as they used the frame design of the new, heavier stake cars. Some survived into the 1950s, with Dutch Railways assigning at least one to maintenance duties. This wagon was around until at least 1968, after which the fate is unknown. None are preserved.
