Please use this wiki as a reference, not a source

Welcome. Please remember this is an editable wiki, which means that anyone who has had a wiki account for a few days can edit the information. This wiki is not run by the staff team at Streamlined.

We do try to keep information as accurate as possible, if you find any false information, feel free to edit it or tell a Wiki Staff member.

Editing Etiquette

  1. To make the information as clear as possible, please use full English (not American English), including full spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formal word usage. Edits that don't meet our expectations or are unclear may be removed.
  2. Information posted must be correct with a creditable source. Refrain from adding information from an unreliable source (e.g. rumours, an impostor of staff). (Do not add any information that you can not prove to be true)
  3. Leaks (unintentional leaks- e.g. a staff member accidentally showing information about a new line on a livestream and etc.) are not considered official information.
  4. Do not create pages about unreleased stations, lines, or features, unless officially announced. Although, you are allowed to talk about previously released features as long as it was an actual feature.
  5. All images and information must be from official sources.
  6. [NEW] Do not just copy and paste from a website, make an edit in your own words.

House Rules

These rules apply everywhere on the wiki.

  1. Usernames must be appropriate. Impersonation or profane language is not allowed in usernames. This includes adult references.
  2. Profane language (leniency with 'bloody' and 'damn') is not allowed anywhere on the wiki. This especially applies if targeted towards another user.
  3. Respect is paramount, please be respectful to all other users.
  4. Follow moderator/admin instructions. If you disagree with their instruction, please make a complaint about the staff member by contacting What#8645 on Discord, by joining this server! or by putting a message on another Administrator/Bureaucrats wall on the wiki.

Strikes

We have a system of warnings and strikes. When issued a strike, it will expire after 3 months. Should you obtain a 4th strike, you will be permanently banned from the wiki.

To appeal a strike, please contact an Admin (providing a Mod issued the strike) or a Bureaucrat.

Appeals

Appealing validly issued Blocks

Users can only appeal blocks that are exceeding 1 year in length (including permanent) once in an accounts lifetime.

Exceptions:

  • Uploading NSFW content
  • Sockpuppetry
  • Underage
  • Impersonation

Appealing invalid punishments

If a punishment was issued without cause, it will be removed and the staff member will be reprimanded.

If you feel a strike, block, etc. was unwarranted, please contact an Admin or Bureaucrat.

Reporting Staff

Please contact someone with a higher rank than the person you are reporting. You can do this on the message wall of the person or in their direct messages on discord.

Blocking Policy

The following is a reference sheet for wiki admins when issuing warnings and blocks to users.

Ask questions in #staff-lounge, and tag @Bureaucrat.

This applies to the Wiki only, Discord have a different set of rules.

Block Lengths

For repeat offending users, blocks should be of escalating length.

  • First block should (unless otherwise stated) be between 1 day and 1 week.
  • Second block should be between 3 days and 1 month (unless otherwise stated)
  • Third block should be indefinite

It must be noted that infinite blocks should only be supplied as a last resort, for example, if the user has created a sockpuppet account, or a user persists to violate policy. All users are given the benefit of the doubt based on their history on the wiki; just because a user has breached the policy, it does not meant hat staff should doubt any reasoning given.

Users may contact staff outside of their block if they would like to appeal. See the above appeal section.

Forgiveness

If a sufficient amount of time has passed between unacceptable edits, an admin may choose to block for a shorter duration, or just issue a strike. There is no hard set rule for dealing with this, administrators should use their best judgement or ask fellow staff.

Users cannot be blocked, striked, or otherwise punished for rule violations that occurred more than 2 weeks ago. They may be sent an informal reminder message to tell them why it's not allowed.

Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to all users after the 21st August 2019. Any users facing blocks that do not directly follow these current guidelines will not be blocked or unblocked. Instead, if said user faces a block due to expire, they will be given a "fresh start" and expected to comply with the new guidelines.

Editing Pages - Vandalism

Damaging an article by: removing parts or inserting/replacing content with nonsense (if meets circumstances of section above, proceed to next section) Rollback of edit. Reminder not to do it again. One strike if user continues after reminder.

Reminders have no expiration date.

Damaging an article by, deleting all content OR removing entire/multiple sections OR adding offensive imagery/text/speech OR adding any of the following
