Overview
Passengers in Streamlined are divided into three groups: First Class, Second Class and Third Class. This reflects the system the Dutch used in the first years of Streamlined's time period, as they switched to a two-class system in 1956.
Classes
First Class
The First Class, or "1e klasse" in Dutch, is an extra luxurious class. This is most notable on First Class coaches, which have a more expensive appearance than their Second and Third Class counterparts. Besides coaches, DMU's have First Class passengers too.
When transporting First Class passengers, the game rewards the player for 100% of them.
Second Class
The Second Class, or "2e klasse" in Dutch, is the average class. Besides coaches, DMU's have Second Class passengers too, with the exception of TEEs.
When transporting Second Class passengers, the game rewards the player for 66% of them.
Third Class
The Third Class, or "3e klasse" in Dutch, is a very basic and cheap class. This is notable in a lot of Streamlined's Third Class coaches, which are often small with little room to fit as many people in as possible. None of the DMU's have Third Class passengers.
When transporting Third Class passengers, the game rewards the player for 33% of them.
